As the Founder and Director of Calculated Lending, Bianca Patterson is widely recognised as one of Western Australia’s leading mortgage and finance specialists. Her extensive knowledge, integrity, and genuine client-first approach have made her one of Perth’s most trusted and sought-after brokers.

Bianca is passionate about delivering outstanding service and clear, strategic advice to her clients. With over 14 years of experience in the mortgage broking industry, she has earned a strong reputation within the WA finance and property market as a highly respected and collaborative leader.

Having served on the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) Young Professional and Community Panels, and as an MFAA Fellow and MFAA  Accredited Mentor, Bianca is dedicated to fostering the next generation of brokers and promoting continued professional development across the industry.
